All honor and praise to the Tunisian people ! The people who said ‘No’!

All honor and praise to the Tunisian people ! The people who said ‘No’!
Tunisia has recently been rocked by riots over unemployment, high prices , and corruption. These last years were the most intense moments not only in Tunisia but also in the whole world. The Tunisian revolution which has been growing both on the ground and online since December 17th , has been sparkled with the suicide of Mohamed Bouazizi from sidi bouzid , a young man who could not get a job or even sell fruit to support his large needy family. This revolution came to a climax on Friday 14th of January after Dictator Ben Ali announced the end of all Net censorship, released the bloggers in jail, and finally accepted to reduce basic elements prices.
He claimed to have understood us the Tunisians and that he was unfortunately misled by other political elements and promised to punish them severely. He declared that it was high time to stop using bullets on unarmed people rioting in the streets. But the next day he couldn’t help fleeing away to no determinate place. All Tunisians where there in front of the ministry of interior they all yelled “game over “for the dictator Ben Ali and his company.
Tunisian resistance and non-violent civic revolutionary action, their determination and their sacrifices has shaken the dictatorships everywhere. The uprising swept across the middle east, Europe and America shaking all sorts of dictatorships.
But then, The situation was so much at risk and chaos. Many lives were taken, many men and women were tortured , and suffered humiliation. but all the sacrifices and tears were not in vain.
The lesson was wonderful! the historical moment was unbelievable: TV channels like Aljazzira, BBC, CNN, Tunisian TV, as well as social networks like facebook, twitter and many blogs and web sites, radio stations, and newspapers from everywhere all tried to cover exclusive scenes of the situation in El Gasrine, Thala, Ergab, Bizert, Sidi Bousid, Tunis, and many other cities or villages suffering chaos. In spite of the huge censorship of Ben Ali’s cyber police(Ammar 404 :p) on blogs, profiles, and sites and, in spite of stealing certain people’s logins to face book, Tunisian teenagers excelled at taking massive videos, photos , and even phone calls records to share them via face book . Besides, all youngsters turned into brave vigilants staying up the whole nights to protect their neighborhoods from the mobs and gangsters trying to terrorize citizens and ruin the amenities. Using all sorts of high tech from mobiles, to face book, to you tube all together with Wiki leaks Tunisians contrived to what many called the Jasmin revolution that broke the world records in many ways. So shouldn’t we be proud of ourselves for just being Tunisians?
Though there still are strikes and riots everywhere in Tunisia denouncing the new leaders and asking for more financial demands , for the first time after more than 60 years, people’s hearts are filled with a great feeling of true hope for a better life, for a true democracy, which can only emerge in the context of conventional wisdom and harmony , but not of chaos.
